Jonathan Kay has worked in web analytics almost since its’ inception in 1999.  He was
Managing Director of RedEye, working with founder Paul Cook to pioneer conversions
over clicks in the evaluation of online advertising campaigns and helped RedEye bring
behaviourally targeted email to the market.

Most recently his clients have included Trader Media Group (UK and Ireland) for whom he
has planned and implemented Omniture Site Catalyst analytics, Daily Mail, Findel, Iris and
TagMan.  Over the last 10 years he has helped increase digital ROI for brands such as
ASDA, William Hill, Orient Group and the AA to name a few.

In a previous life he was an Account Manager at agency WWAV Rapp Collins, and at Bradford Exchange.  His
roots are in results driven direct marketing.

Sonia Kay is an experienced digital strategist as well as a Project Manager and Prince 2
practitioner.

Sonia has experience of planning and managing projects of all budgets and sizes from
both client and agency side. Recent experience includes being the strategic lead on the
AutoTrader.co.uk email and social media business, planning and leading an integrated
test campaign for Plantronics to SMEs in France, and project managing a complete
rebuild of the global web presence for DTZ.com.

Other clients have included Goldfish Financial Services (Credit card, Insurance products, ISAs, Personal Loans,
Personal Banking), Beazley (Lloyds of London), JPMorgan Asset Management, LV=, Royal London Asset
Management, thetrainline.com, Air Canada, Business Link for London and World Vision.

On the client-side Sonia was Web Channel Manager at BBC TV Licensing, responsible for the introduction of
e-commerce and digital licences, and the lead client on the multi-award winning students’ campaign.

Sonia also conducts Digital Project Management training for Econsultancy and UTalkMarketing.

Jay Kerr specialises in building, analysing and optimising online businesses, specifically
delivering strategies that increase conversion and customer value.

Jay has worked at the forefront of online business development for clients such as
William Hill, Macdonald Hotels, C&G, Hotel Chocolat and Envirofone; analysing the
performance of their website and online marketing activity and implementing strategies
to improve customer experience and conversion.

Jay has an excellent understanding of web technologies and can converse with both technical and commercial
level staff with equal ease.

In the last two years Jay has specialized in the integration of disparate customer information systems, building a
CRM single customer view for his clients allowing for the proper segmentation and targeting of customers based
on preference, previous transactional history and web site behaviour.
